Introducing Tai Chi / Qi Gong classes

Tai Chi movements improve: Balance, mobility, and flexibility. This will include Standing Yang and Sun styles. These styles can also be done sitting (bring a study folding chair).

The Qi Gong is a breathing exercise that helps with energy, sleep and overall wellness.

The class will be on April 20th @11Am.

Classes will be held at 707 Park Dr. Leesburg.

Classes will last approximately one hour and 15 minutes.

First Class will be $15.00 with Subsequent sessions @ $10.00.

There is package available 4 sessions for $35.00.
